Seaory S Series Printers
The printer warranty is for a period of 24 months Return to Base from date of purchase. Conditions apply.
S Series printer carries a full Return to Base warranty for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
The print head is also covered for the first 12 months of normal use (artificial damage excluded).
Print head: If Failure occurs within 12 months from date of purchase.
One print head will be suppled as a replacement free of charge (artificial damage excluded).
Printer must be returned to base at customer’s expense.
Card Printer Warranty: After 12 months from date of purchase, a Limited Warranty applies. This warranty excludes spare parts such as rollers , print head. These are considered consumable parts and as such subject to wear and tear.
Printer must be returned to base at customer’s expense under Limited Warranty (artificial damage excluded).

R Series printer carries a full Return to Base warranty for a period of 24 months from date of purchase (artificial damage excluded).
Print head: The print head is covered for the life of the printer under normal use (artificial damage excluded).
Printer must be returned to base at customer’s expense.
Card Printer Warranty: 24 months from date of purchase. This warranty excludes spare parts such as rollers.
These are considered consumable parts and as such subject to wear and tear.
